Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact details, business information, enquiry content, project and contract records, support conversations, transaction references, subscription status, device and usage information, and any information you choose to provide. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Bizi Systems.

Information may come directly from forms, email, WhatsApp, website chat, contracts, support requests and account setup. It may also come from services you authorize us to connect, payment confirmations, cookies or similar technologies, and staff acting for your organization.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, recommend suitable services, prepare and manage proposals and contracts, deliver and support systems, process and reconcile payments, secure accounts, prevent abuse, improve services, meet legal obligations and send service messages. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be stopped.
Legal grounds and consent

International services

Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, the client relationship, security, dispute resolution, accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. Data that is no longer required is deleted, anonymized or securely archived.
